1. What if I don't see the service option that I want done?
If you have a special restoration or custom request please contact us using the "Let's Chat" option below, filling out a Contact Form, email us at contact@kreatedkickz.com or text us at (314) 730-2930!
2. What type of cleaning products are used?
We use a 100% all-natural cleaning solution that effectively cleans, conditions, and is safe to use on most materials.
3. Are you able to do any restoration on a shoe?
We are capable of doing most standard restorations on a shoe. However, we are not specialized cobblers. If the job seems too complex, we will turn down a restoration request.
4. I have a concept for my custom shoes, can you design them?
Yes! fill out a Contact Form with your concept, or email us at contact@kreatedkickz.com or text us at (314) 730-2930! We will reply promptly either requesting additional detail or with a price quote.
5. Can A Worn Shoe Be Customized?
The shoes need to be in "New" or "Like New" condition.
6. What Type Of Paint Is Used?
All customs are painted using Angelus Direct Acrylic paints. These paints utilize a flexible, non-cracking, and waterproof formula that adheres to multiple surfaces including leather, vinyl, patent leather, canvas, etc.
7. Can I Wear My Custom Shoes Daily?
Yes, custom shoes are safe to wear for daily use. A finisher and scratch resistant protectant is also applied after painting to ensure extra protection. It is highly unlikely that the paint will chip. However, please keep in mind that you are purchasing a custom pair of shoes. Handle them with care! Do not scratch, rub, pick, or peel at the design in order to preserve its longevity. These shoes are made for casual wear only. We will not repair or replace items due to poor care. Wear at your own risk.
8. When Do I Pay For My Order?
Payments are due upfront before the start of any service.
9. How Do I Pay?
We accept all forms of payment. If paying with Cash App, PayPal, etc. the customer is responsible for any additional transaction fees.
10. What is your return policy?
Please note that cleanings, restorations, and 1 of 1 customizations are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you purchased the wrong service, please email us at contact@kreatedkickz.com so that our customer support team can assist.
We stand behind the quality of our products and service. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw upon delivery, please email us at contact@kreatedkickz.com so that our customer support team can assist. We cannot control the wear and tear of the shoes after 30-Days of a customer having them in their possession.
11. Will I receive updated pictures during the process?
Unfortunately, we cannot keep you updated with pictures during the service process. It will just take away time from completing orders. If for unseen circumstances we need to push your delivery date back, we will send you updated pictures for reassurance. If you know you need your shoes by a certain date please take advantage of our Expedited Turnaround service.
12. Is there a physical location?
At the moment we do not have a physical location.
13. How does shipping work?
If located in St. Louis, MO pick-up and drop-off service is available. All other orders out of state are responsible for shipping fees.
